Garlic-ish Mushroom Stroganoff

Serves 2

Garlic-ish Mushroom Stroganoff


28g butter

1 Tbsp Olive oil

165g onions, sliced

550g mushrooms, sliced

1 tsp paprika

Good pinch of cayenne pepper

50ml white wine

2 Tbsp Moorish Garlic-ish Aioli

30g tomato puree

300ml vegetable stock

Chopped parsley


  1. Heat the butter and oil in a pan. Add the onions, mushrooms, spices and wine and cook for 10 minutes
  2. Stir in the tomato puree and stock. Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for a couple of minutes
  3. Take off the heat for a minute and add the Moorish Garlic-ish Aioli, stir in well till blended.
  4. Add parsley and serve with rice
