Great for lunch or to fill those after school rumbly tums

Humous, Avocado and Turkey Quesadillas

Serves 2


4 Tortilla wraps

½ pot of Moorish Original Smokey Humous

1 Avocado, sliced


Chilli Sauce ( optional)


  1. Spread thin layer of humous on one side of each wrap
  2. Divide the avocado slices between the wraps , placing it on top of the humous
  3. Add the turkey along with a generous splash of chilli sauce (optional) and fold each wrap over to form a half circle
  4. Place the folded wrap into a heated frying pan and toast on each side for 1-2 minutes
  5. Remove from pan, slice each wrap into two and serve with a green salad.
