Moreish Salty Potatoes with Aioli

These scrummy salty potatoes with Moorish Garlic & Sicilian Lemon Aioli are perfect for sharing at any time and especially on a summer evening.



  1. Put 500g of washed new potatoes with skins on in a pan of very salty water
  2. Boil until the water has evaporated and potatoes are cooked- keep an eye on them to make sure the pan doesn’t boil dry totally and catch
  3. Pour the boiled potatoes onto a pre-heated baking tray and pop into a preheated oven 200C for about 10-15 minutes to crisp up
  4. Serve them hot dunked into a dish of Moorish Garlic and Sicilian Lemon Aioli. Sublime
